Returns Refund Cancellation
Any return/refund will not be accepted if the ordered tyres have already been fitted to your vehicle. If the delivered goods are found to be defective after installation, the customers can order a replacement product from us. We will return the defective product to the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the cost of the replacement product in full. We will only be liable for the replacement of the defective product.
In cases of fully-fitted tyres or mail-order, the product can be returned within 14 days, post the delivery date, provided the tyres have not been fitted to the vehicle, the customer will be entitled to get a full return/refund. To get a return/refund, or cancellation of the contract, the ordered tyres need to be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
Any cancellation will not be possible after the order confirmation has been received. Refunds and cancellation in such cases will only be possible with a written agreement, stating that the customer will pay in full for any loss of profit, material cost, labour cost, damages and any other kind of charge incurred by MOT Service Centre because of the customer’s cancellation.
The customer will not hold MOT Service Centre responsible for any return or shipping costs. In case of returns, the customer will need to return the tyres at their own expense. This applies to all the customers who return the tyres within 14 days post-delivery date. Following distance selling regulation, MOT Service Centre will not ask the customer to pay any restocking and administration charges. You can contact MOT Service Centre for accurate return costs as it varies from tyre sizes, location and specifications.
